Testimonials
"My husband and I needed a speech therapist for our daughter who had just turned 3. She was a talkative child but her speech was mostly filled with jargon and we could barely understand her.
Cassie came and did an assessment of Isabelle at our house and instantly made her and us feel at ease. We started weekly sessions with Cassie for 5 months and in that time we have noticed a huge improvement in her speech and language. Isabelle can now be understood especially by strangers and the jargon is pretty much a thing of the past.
Cassie has helped her so much and showed my husband and I the tools to use to help her. Isabelle feels very comfortable with Cassie and always looks forward to her sessions."

“What an amazing service! The therapists are so friendly and very approachable. The children love working with them. The reports and resources come quickly after each session and are really comprehensive. The resources are engaging for the children and help them work on their targets. Parents have commented that this is a great service. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone!”

"As a school we have found the service provided by C&D Speech Therapy invaluable in enabling students to access the curriculum and fulfil their academic potential. The level of expertise provided instantly is beyond what we could previously obtain for students and staff. High quality therapy and staff training is provided throughout the academic year. Students, Parents and Staff are extremely complimentary about the therapy and support C&D provide"

"We’ve been working with Lizzie for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Samuel had never been that keen on therapy sessions, feeling self conscious and worried to get things wrong. As soon as he met Lizzie he was immediately engaged in her fun games and started to take part in therapy without really realising. Her kind and caring manner meant that he was at ease immediately and he now looks forward to his sessions every week and has come on leaps and bounds."

"Thank you so much for yesterday, I thought you were fantastic and we are keen to continue our partnership.
The training was very useful - I picked up lots of tips for my class. I learnt lots during the training and found the information very interesting and relevant to my class."

"Lizzie is able to visit Sam’s school so that he does not have to come out and miss much learning time. The tasks they do in their sessions can then be followed up at school, which works brilliantly. A notebook which is kept in Sam’s book bag means that Lizzie and I can fill each other in on what’s been happening at school and home so we always know where we’re at.
We have been so impressed with the work that Lizzie and Sam have done together, it has made such a difference to Sam’s communication and his confidence has really grown as result. Thank you!"

"We would like to say how delighted we have been with the work you are doing with us. Your assessment of Joseph’s challenges and your staged approach has been great for us. Joseph really looks forward to your sessions... he has no idea that they are actually serious lessons! The obvious effort that you put into your lesson plan means that each week is huge fun and completely different, yet with consistent core objectives that produce demonstrable improvement week on week. Thank you for your all your help, it’s invaluable."
